Day 1 | DBA Course 

Join us for a full-day session covering everything you need to know about DBA compliance. We start with an overview of the Act—what it is, when it applies, and key labor standards—then move into compliance requirements, wage rules, apprenticeships, and prevailing wages. Then, we’ll cover fringe benefits, the Copeland Act, anti-retaliation and posting requirements, and finish with wage determinations and practical application.

Day 2 | DBA Course 

Day 2 builds on the foundation from Day 1 and dives deeper into practical compliance topics. We start with an overview and recap before exploring the conformance process, including criteria, forms, real-life examples, and exercises. We will move into records and certified payroll requirements, covering key regulations and forms like WH-347. Following lunch, we tackle overtime pay under CWHSSA and FLSA, including coverage, requirements, and liquidated damages. Then, we finish with the Department of Labor investigation process—why investigations happen, steps involved, compliance issues, back wage payment, and enforcement actions such as withholding and debarment.
