Humble Beginnings

The Onsi Group began at Angela Hendrix’s dining room table. Angela Hendrix, a former in-house counsel for government contractors, had seen the chaos of federal compliance up close. She knew small businesses were struggling to navigate complex regulations—especially around Prevailing Wage, Fringe Benefits, and Health & Welfare. Frustrated by the lack of solutions, Angela built her own. And just like that, The Onsi Group was born.

Onsi's Mission

With Angela's legal background and personal experience, she knew a strong understanding of government regulations would be key to workplace success. Angela's entrepreneurial spirit led her to build out Onsi University's training courses, designed with the mission to help contractors Leverage the Law through Learning. As demand grew, so did the company. Educational trainings turned into full-scale consulting. Compliance audits and trust administration services followed.

Angela Hendrix is the Founder and President of The Onsi Group, where she brings over 16 years of leadership in government contracting, legal strategy, and business operations. With a background as General Counsel for multiple organizations, Angela guides Onsi’s mission with a strong foundation in compliance, litigation, and contract management. Her deep expertise in federal regulations and operational oversight ensures that Onsi delivers reliable, compliant solutions to government contractors. VP of Business Development

Joshua Hinckley brings over a decade of experience in sales, business development, and management, primarily within the financial services industry.
