John A. Ferguson, Jr. is a Board Certified Labor and Employment Law attorney with more than 39 years of experience representing employers in labor relations and employment law matters. He advises organizations on collective bargaining, union issues, workplace compliance, wage and hour laws, employment litigation, and Service Contract Act compliance. John has extensive experience before the NLRB, federal courts, and arbitration panels, providing practical guidance to help employers navigate complex workforce challenges.
