We finish the complete course with practical application and real-life scenarios from our decade's long experiences. We discuss topics such as: DOL Investigations - compliance issues, investigative process, back wage payment, refusal to pay - WHD options, Company Departments the SCA directly and indirectly affects, Onsi Resource Notebook, and Test Your Knowledge with "SCA Jeopardy"!
